Grazie, Dziękuję, Gracias, Merci, Dank je wel, Dankeschön, Děkuji, Sulpayki, Thank you

I am SO thankful for all of YOU who have shown so much love, positive energy, and encouraging comments on the Facebook Live yoga classes that I've been posting twice a week. Thankful for any and all donations (which is completely NOT required) that you have shared via Venmo @Dihedral-Yoga. Thankful that you are still allowing AND trusting me to guide you in your yoga practice, even if I can't "see" you. But most importantly, thankful that you are still SHOWING UP for yourself on your mat. ♥️

As many of you may know, I have the brain of a mathematician and a scientist. Hardly ever will you hear fluffy verbiage come out of my mouth during a yoga class. (You might, however, realize I'm somewhat dyslexic in rights and lefts 🤦‍♀️- sorry!) But what I say, I always mean. I'll never say something just to say it and fill the space (unless I'm just rambling because I'm nervous, which in that case...you'll have to forgive me). So when I say "thank you", I truly, deeply, and passionately mean it. From the bottom of my heart - which is so full - I am grateful for you. I know you have many wonderful yoga instructors to follow along to virtually, so THANK YOU for joining me. 🙏

You may be asking: "what's with all the different languages in the title? I think I know what gracias means? Is that even how you spell 'gracias'?" 😆 I am a firm believer that travel makes our words grow kinder, makes our heart grow fonder, makes our brain grow wiser, makes our lungs breathe deeper, and makes our feet tread lighter. Each translation of thank you in the title is a language that I briefly, or not so briefly, studied when I traveled to these countries. You must know that by no means am I fluent in any language other than English. I am, however, currently studying Polish - which may I add is the THIRD hardest language for a native English speaker to learn 😬🤓 Wish me luck!

I have wonderful friends and know lovely human beings in or from each of these countries (plus Sweden 🇸🇪) - and in no specific order other than from the title, they are: Italy 🇮🇹, Poland 🇵🇱, Peru 🇵🇪, France 🇫🇷, The Netherlands 🇳🇱, Germany 🇩🇪, Czechia 🇨🇿, and the Andes (Not a country, I know, but Quechua is their native language) - and cannot thank them enough for supporting me from afar. A sense of gratitude can be felt across oceans, as every human has the power to express it and send it out to one another.

I sincerely hope that you are getting something out of these Facebook Live Yoga Classes from my Yoga Room, and if you have any suggestions, constructive criticism, or any requests, please send them my way! I love receiving mail and will respond back to you as soon as possible. 😊

I will continue to host these livestream classes for the foreseeable future, and once we no longer have to distance ourselves, you will find me hugging everyone who comes to my Yoga in the Park classes. 🤗 🤗🤗 Unless you don't want one of course. Maybe a fist bump will do? 😉

Ciao! Do zobaczenia! Hasta luego! Au revoir! Tot ziens! Auf wiedersehen! Ahoj! Tupananchiskama! See you soon, yogis 💜
