Carrie, once crowned the "in-tents" yoga instructor on her last visit to the Sacred Valley, is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist by day, and a rock climbing yogi by every other time. She owns her own yoga business, Dihedral Yoga, LLC based in Saint Petersburg, FL (www.dihedralyoga.com and @DihedralYoga on Facebook and Instagram). She has her 200 Hour RYT, graduating from High Vibration Living Yoga, and has been teaching for just about 2 years. She teaches a by-donation Yoga in the Park class for all levels, subs in the studio, and offers private, semi-private, and group instruction. Her favorite types of yoga to teach and practice are power, hatha, and Ashtanga styles, but has been digging the softer side of yoga recently, such as yin and restorative. She loves spreading the joy and importance of yoga with others. When she's not traveling the globe, spending quality time with friends and family, or in the physical therapy clinic, you'll most likely find her biking to a hot power class at her local yoga studio, or scaling the walls of her local rock gym with a Kombucha in hand.

Alfredo was born in the heart of the Andes, in a small Andean Village not far from Cuzco and Machu Picchu. Growing up, he spoke the native language of Quechua and spent time working on his family's land. It was there that he determined that he wanted to be a guide and share his country’s history and culture throughout the High Andes and Amazon Jungle. He studied tourism and graduated from Antonio Lorena Institute with his official guide license. He guides for prestigious agencies including REI Adventures, National Geographic, Celebrity and Princess Cruise Lines, Lima Tours, as well as several European companies, and has been encouraged by his clients to form his own agency providing quality tours and adventures. After being nominated for REI Guide of the Year for South America twice, he has started his own quality tour business, Peru Andes Discovery (PAD). He enjoys becoming one with nature, meeting new people from around the globe, and teaching others about his country’s rich culture and history. Alfredo currently resides in Cuzco and has a 6 year old daughter. Read about his own agency,
